LOCATION — HYBRID EVENT:
In-Person Registrants will meet at Petroleum Club, Downtown, Houston, TX.
Virtual Attendance Registrants will participate via ZOOM

COVID PROTOCOL:
To ensure the safety of our attendees and team Houston Strategy Forum (HSF) will follow COVID Protocols.
We request and require all attendees to diligently follow HSF's COVID protocols, not attend the event if they are sick, or suspect they are sick, or have been in contact with someone who has been sick with COVID.

ZOOM REGISTRANTS:
Zoom link and password will be emailed to Virtual Attendance registrants the day prior to the event.
You must have a Zoom account to attend. Please create a Zoom account in advance of the event to save time.
Your Zoom name and email must match the Houston Strategy Forum name and email.
Once you join the Zoom meeting please wait in the Waiting Room for us to validate your attendance and invite you into the virtual event.

TIME: Please be on-time by 11:30 AM, so we can have everyone seated and start the program on time.

Houston Strategy Forum expects professional conduct from all attendees.

Please come to learn and participate in the discussion, and be respectful of other executives in attendance. Build long-term, meaningful relationships as opposed to aggressively pushing business cards.

Houston Strategy Forum reserves the right to deny admission to the event, ask an individual or group to leave the event, and exclude from electronic lists and communication, any individual or organization.

ON-SITE PAYMENT/REGISTRATION:
On-site transactions entail a $15 processing fees.
