Conclave are roundtable discussions typically including one executive speaker.

Conclaves involve intimate discussions where every participant contributes in their preferred manner. We follow Chatham House Rules and request attendees to maintain confidentiality so that the discussions are conducted in a safe zone.

The Houston Strategy Forum format is unique, involving an extensive level of engagement between speakers and attendees. We pride ourselves in facilitating that level of engagement — something you will not see at other events.

Conclave Sponsor

  • Sponsor Highlighted during Welcoming Remarks by the President.

  • Opportunity to deliver message during welcoming remarks (5 minutes) by the sponsoring company; (Value: High-level Brand Building)

  • Five complimentary seats to the conclave to be used for company executives and clients. (Value: $1,000).

  • One seat either at the HEAD Table with the speaker or seated next to the speaker in case of a single roundtable setup (Value: $700).

  • Highlighted as a Conclave Sponsor on HSF Conclave webpage and email notices with url links.

  • Social Media recognition via LinkedIn posts and comments.

  • Opportunity to have a picture taken by HSF with you and your guests.

  • Opportunity to have a picture taken by HSF with speaker and your guests.

  • Sponsorship Fees: $3,999 for the specific Conclave.

Head Seat Sponsor

  • One seat either at the HEAD Table with the speaker or seated next to the speaker in case of a single roundtable setup (constrained by availability).

  • May be used only as an add-on to a Conclave Sponsorship.

  • Sponsorship Fees: $700

Houston Strategy Forum expects professional conduct from all its members and sponsors. 3% credit card fees apply. Sponsorship payment must be received before the event. HSF will initiate sponsor-related marketing only after payment is received.
