About The Symposium
The Houston Strategy Forum is bringing together the top supply chain and operations business leaders from Houston's largest energy companies to participate in a conversation and interactive discussion with an audience of supply chain and operations managers, directors and VPs.

Through a series of panel discussions with the speakers, and table discussions with the attendees, the symposium's goal is to advance the thinking about the critical strategic aspects of supply chain management. Come participate in this discussion, learn from the panelists, and from each other.
Symposium Content
Strategic Positioning
Why should supply chain be on the CEO's radar? How should supply chain create a strategic advantage and greater value? How should the supply chain organization improve alignment with operations and become a better business partner? Where should the supply chain organization report? How should it "sell internally?"
Strategic Practices
What are the leading practices global supply chains are implementing in the areas of process, organizational design, tools, training, and hiring?
Career Path
What is the career path for supply chain professionals? How do you reach a management role? Is there life beyond a supply chain role?
