Theme: “Reinventing Your Career!"
To achieve the next level in your career, at times, it requires you to reinvent yourself.
You may have to step out of your comfort zone. Perhaps, even work in an unrelated role in a different functional area.
What are the challenges and pitfalls? How should you plan for the change? When is the right time to make the change? What level of risk should you be willing to take? Where should you seek guidance and counsel as you navigate the transition?
Our speaker will be Mr. Scott Commons, Vice President of Strategy & Development – Strategic Account Management at Wood PLC, a provider of engineering and consulting services to the global oil & gas industry, with 35,000 employees and close to $6 Billion in revenues.
Scott successfully reinvented his career, moving from supply chain into business development, and learned some key things about himself and his strengths along the way. Come to learn from him and the other executives attending about navigating a similar change in your career path.
